gorm the old LLC respects intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. Gorm Studio, including Gorm Character Swap, must not be used to infringe rights or generate unlawful content. Users must have the necessary rights, permissions, and legally required consents, or a valid legal exception, for their uploads and use of generated media. AI character replacement does not itself establish fair use or provide permission to use a person's likeness.
If you believe content generated or stored in Gorm Studio infringes your rights, send a takedown request to gormtheold25@gmail.com or submit a structured notice at /report. You do not need a Gorm Studio account to submit a report.
Include in your request
1) Your contact information, including email and, if available, mailing address and phone number
2) A description of the copyrighted/trademarked work
3) The specific URL(s) or identifiers of allegedly infringing content
4) A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law
5) A statement that information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, you are authorized to act
6) Your physical or electronic signature
Likeness, intimate imagery, and illegal-content reports
Use the same report form or email for unauthorized likeness or voice use, privacy violations, deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual intimate images (including synthetic sexual images), child sexual exploitation, or other unlawful content. Describe the concern, identify the affected person or rights where relevant, and provide a content URL, job ID, or other identifier if known. An affected person or authorized representative can request removal of intimate imagery shared without consent and state their good-faith belief that it was shared without consent. Do not attach or re-upload illegal sexual material; provide identifiers and a description instead.
What we may do
We review reports and may request information needed to locate the content or assess a notice. We may remove or disable access to reported content and known copies within our control, preserve records as required by law, and suspend or terminate accounts, including repeat infringers. We handle valid removal requests as required by applicable law. A report, account suspension, or takedown does not determine ownership or give a user permission to continue prohibited conduct.
Counter-notice
If you believe a copyright takedown was mistaken, contact us at the same address with supporting details, your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification. We may request additional information required for a legally valid counter-notice. We do not restore prohibited intimate imagery or other unlawful content merely because an uploader disputes a report.
