These Terms govern your use of Gorm Studio and related services provided by gorm the old LLC (including Gorm University where applicable). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service and access
Gorm Studio provides image and video generation tools and Gorm University provides educational content. Access is for the purchasing account only. No sharing, reselling, redistribution, scraping, or automated abuse. We may update or remove features/content at any time.
Early access status
This is an early version of the product. At purchase time, the currently available content may be limited (including a single main lesson video). You are purchasing access to the product in its current state plus future updates we choose to add.
2) Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. The checkout page and purchase flow show the price, billing interval, and subscription terms before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and current-period access continues through the paid period unless access is terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or Terms violations. Taxes may be charged where required.
3) Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
4) License and restrictions
You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share accounts, or create competing products from course materials.
5) AI output and user responsibility
The service may generate text, image, or video outputs using AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for your use, publication, or distribution of generated content. You must have the necessary rights to any input you upload or submit. AI-generated material may have limited or uncertain copyright protection, and you are responsible for copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights issues in your use of outputs.
6) Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy violations, unauthorized likeness or voice use, impersonation, harassment, malware, fraud, evasion of provider safety systems, or harmful/abusive content workflows. We may suspend access for violations.
7) Disclaimers
Content is educational and informational only. No guarantee of specific business, financial, or performance outcomes. Not legal, tax, or financial advice.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, gorm the old LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.
9) Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.
10) Age
This service is for adults only (18+). You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the service.
11) Governing law and venue
Governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in Minnesota for disputes arising out of these Terms.
