This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Gorm Studio and Gorm University.
1) Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; current period access continues through the paid period unless access is terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or Terms violations.
2) Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
3) Courtesy exceptions
At our sole discretion, we may choose to issue a courtesy refund in rare cases. Any such exception does not create an ongoing obligation to provide future refunds.
